Terrible thing success, brings you money which in turn brings you time, the combination of time and money something most will never have living a normal structured life with job mortgage family brings you its own set of problems, just look to hollywood and trust fund kids, hard to feel sorry for them when most slave their life away working to put food on the table, but no doubt wealth and the time it brings someone is an issue in itself.

I didn't know who everyone was talking about this morning until I put a face to his name. That sucks!

Heroin, man... fucking opiates. They're so powerful. He could probably score real good H no problem, but that's the inherent problem. Could have been a super potent does. I don't know if he's fucking around with Fentanyl and all those other crazy opiates. Those are all some serious ass drugs. One dose and I'd be on my ass.

Lets hope people take a positive message away from this. No one's invincible. Opiates ruin lives and if someone's facing addiction or knows someone facing it, they should seriously consider professional help.

I have a theory about this... There seems to be a common thread between such amazing talent and addiction.

I think the very thing that made him such an incredible talent, is also the same thing that caused him to dabble in the first place. He immersed himself into everything he did 1,000%. For Philip, there was no holding back. He threw himself into his work, and it is that same desire to experience other characters 1000% that can lead people to want to experience other things with the same gusto. Some things however shouldn't be experienced. Heroin is one deadly addiction. Such a tragic loss.

It makes me fearful for others in whom I see this personality trait. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if it was reported that certain others also have substance issues. My thoughts go out to his family. Such a tragic loss.
