For bodybuilding, some people use HGH along with insulin. This question is for those who DO NOT use Insulin. Some people do not want to mess with insulin for many reasons.
What has been your overall experience bodybuilding using HGH alone? Have you noticed god gains? Side effects? etc...
I noticed there's isn't much on this subject and thought it would be helpful for people (including me) to know.

I used HGH at 5 ius every three days for 3 months without any insulin or anabolics.
I noticed an increase in strength vascularity and hardness, better pumps training and increased appetite.
Was worth doing it but would get better results from gear £ for £.

Same here...ran Serostim for 8 months...same as above but being older I also noticed I never felt sick, skin looked great and a much smoother and better looking penis.

How much would you say your muscle volume improved? Was it noticeable ?

yes muscle volume def goes up.
do not overeat on it, its not necesary.

for me 2iu ed= quality of life at my age
for muscle volume need 5iu ed minimum.

Same here...ran Serostim for 8 months...same as above but being older I also noticed I never felt sick, skin looked great and a much smoother and better looking penis.
Clearly the reason what GH is used for.
On a serious note, I'm hooked to GH. Better sleep (noticeably), better recovery (noticable too) and better looking skin, I look ten years younger on vs off. Off it my recovery sucks in contrast even with high doses of steroids. I noticed right away from dropping it for a month, the whole month my recovery sucked, my sleep sucked, my face looked more tired, more dark, more wrinkly, back on... all reversed and looking great/feeling great.
Worth even at 2iu ed, but i do more like 3iu ed, some days 4iu (legs/back).

a_ahmed , that's awesome you can get to look that young. I mean 10 years ! So when you go off HGH how long would you say it takes for the young look to go away?
Also, did (or do you) you keep an eye on your sugar levels when doing HGH?

That urban myth about weird dreams is true. I got slightly leaner, veins poping just a little more, deeper sleep, hungry all the time. My penis didn't changed.
Too expensive for the results.

you go off gh and are back to the old skin look with few weeks.
to say the gh changes dreams is ridiculous to be frank, the best scientists havent figured out how sleeping and dreaming works.

So that's why my dick looked so damn pretty.....I have been off GH for a few weeks and while I am now pissing out the water and look leaner and more vascular my penis is suffering. It's glistening beauty is fading. At 57 I can't afford this.

I dream a lot on any gear, tren is especially vivid.
Problem is the dreams never really go anywhere, its very hard to explain but they are like puzzles that have no solution.

When would you say it's best to get HGH shots? Before working out? After? (how long?)
I've read many people say in the AM they wake up about 1 or 2 hours prior to working out and get the shot but from experience what would you guys say works best?

id do before sleep.

I have tried them all..upon awakening, pre-workout,post workout and before bed. Liked pre-workout the best but as per Gal before bed really helps with sleep.

Run 2 - 3 iu of real gh for months, never wanted to try slin. It helps recovery in us older trainers and maybe helped injury recoveries some.

your HGH should be pharma if you have the kind of money....like norditroin simplex or something

I would call it more vivid with unreal developments along the way. Pretty funny stuff, sometimes scary.

From what I just heard with most growth you are getting only a quarter of what your supposed to be getting like 1iu for a 4iu shot.
The real deal costs 200 euro for 36iu.
I certainly will not be continuing it once my kit is finished if this is the case.

yeah 25-50% if you lucky.
if one can afford phrama stuff fine,if no wouldnt tough it.

Hgh blood test three hours after injecting, the best Chinese gave me half the blood levels of serostim brought from an HIV patient
But the Chinese is less that half the price, so not all bad.
