I knooow, The bodyRock was the first bodybuilding show I had ever attended (not the one you emceed, but a couple of years before).  Steve (McAdams?) ran it so well, and the DC community waited for it all year long.

I lived in DC for about 10 years and loved going to it, then I moved overseas to Egypt for almost 4 years and now I'm back in DC and one of the saddest things was coming back and finding out that the BodyRock was no more!

I won't forget when you and King Emceed it and then king guest posed and something happened to his music and he had to improvise and got all the pros (you included) on stage for a posedown!  That was awesome!  Good times!

Booo, My wife just informed me that those BodyRock pics are back at our place in Egypt!  Oh well will have to put them up the next time I fly out there!


A lot of my good friends have competed in the BodyRock, no one ever had a bad thing to say about their experience there!
