Why didn't he secure the border the first time? I think he said he was stopped somehow but other experts say he for sure could have built the wall to completion. I don't know. What would be different now?

If Trump became president now he would first and foremost secure israel and "finish Palestine quick" or whatever he said recently.
Then he would try to make Zelensky accept a deal with the Russians. Didn't he say he would finish that conflict in 24 hours?
