You have a point, but these smoke fetisher motherfuckers aren't nearly that limited in number.  I don't have the figures to prove diddly-squat, but I reckon upwards of 10% of the population, male and female alike, find the sight of a sexy woman smoking somewhat alluring or romantic if not outright sexy.

And really, why shouldn't they?  It's totally phallic.  Like Jolene Blalock (T'Pol in "Star Trek: Enterprise") said in "Maxim," she has an "oral fixation" with "cigarettes and straws."
