1-3 table spoons of coffe mix in whole milk will have you looney and fool of energy all day. i feel great i feel like my appetite is nothing from this

when i was 19 i had a job that i had to be up at 5am for and i would literally fill half the cup with Folgers Instant Crystals and put the water in and microwave it for a minute and a half and i would be buzzing for a few hours, can't even imagine how much caffiene was in that.

well meat is much worse. also im not talking about alot of milk all throughout the day. all i had was less that one 20oz thing of whole milk and soy milk mixed together with a few spoon fulls of coffee crystals no water added, that shit will have you gettin shit done for reals!

I drink strong black coffee throughout the day.
Now that I'm back on the ketosis diet, I'm wired on caffeine, gives me energy and feel more alert.
Also makes me piss a lot and helps keep my face looking sharp. Plus lots of vitamin C, celery and water.

But I stay away from milk....it bloats me up, especially my face

I mix neutral whey protein with instant Espresso and milk in the morning, tastes fucking great.

Sometimes, i add oats or almonds to that. Don't forget the organic honey!

you NEED MILK because its loaded with IODINE

caffiene helps the body to release IODINE wich is a thyroid stimulater

this method of milk with coffee mix is very effective and efficient so im not over pising. you know we've all done it pissed about 30 times a day most pisses probably clear as water, its really pointless and a hassel
