skim lacks the fat to properly assimilate vitamins, skim wont have the satisfying effect. just like any low fat diet or low carb diet makes your system imbalanced YOU NEED FAT

Ok, how about low carb but high fat and high protein? Since in ketosis the body is using the fat and protein for energy instead of carbs.

if you are only getting fat and protien im assuming you will be getting no fruits that means no antioxidants your getting. im tellin ya that plan wont work but go ahead and try it, thats the only way for true learning
