im from the UK and overrall yes soccer does suck...
But its really the passion and pride that goes into the sport that makes it what it is, i dont like watching it but it becomes a ball when certain teams (your favs) play others.

Argentina vs Britain is a good example, the streets were empty in England when the game was on. Football fan or not you wanted to watch that game.
