Two bigass long workouts per week?
Working twelves I could do this and sacrifice sleep for those two days.....but do you feel this really gets results??
Two? No, it's a 3 day split, but in case you can't recover from this, you can try a 2 day split, like mo/tue & thu/fr, with rest on wed & during the weekend. A push-pull split is my favorite in this case:
1)quads, chest, front delts, tris & abs
2)hammies, back, side & rear delts, bis & abs
Your results depend on your recovery time/sleep, nutrition & individual factors. The best way to find out is to try various splits/frequencies.
