Basically a workout every other day, around an hour total with everything. 5 minute warm-up, bodypart or bodyparts, followed by abs and cardio.
1. Biceps, Triceps
2. Quads, Butt, Inner/Outer Thighs
3. Back, Forearms
4. Shoulders, Traps
5. Biceps, Triceps
6. Chest
7. Hamstrings, Calves
Again, that's designed to focus on my particular lagging bodyparts in relation to my more responsive bodyparts. I want to keep everything in balance. Honestly, I'm still trying to find the right mix for my chest, as it's VERY responsive to training, but I find it difficult psychologically to cut back too much...
Also, approaching 40 this year and working out well over 20 years (always natural), I find I function best and get the best muscle building results with the extra rest such a split affords me.
