saw someone bench 405 for 4 solid reps...
rested a few min then proceed to do a drop set
405 x 1, 315 x 7, 225 x 10, 135 x 10
did this at a bw of 250lbs about 20% bf and a looks like a natural...
doesn't really look to impressive or anything
so on a scale of 1-10 what would you rate his bench strength
