Some people just like killing things for the sake of killing. There are peaceful ways to handle things like that, he didn't need to spook or kill that moose.

He spooked it by riding up so close to it, he antagonized it into attacking. I'm sure he could've got it moving in the first place without having to kill it.

The first was a warning shot above the animal. Maybe the 2nd as well. That animal wasn't going to stop and would have charged even harder the 2nd time.
I spend a lot of time in the woods. People always think I'll get into trouble with a bear. I'm not worried about them, its the moose. Those fuckers are nuts.

I live in Scandinavia and I have seen moose when I used to jog. My teacher learned us when moose attacks you just stand behind a tree!! Which I did, when a female moose attacked me and my friend, it was easy simple and effective. BUT this UGLY C'UNT harassed the moose!! I hope some mexican druggie beheads him slowly with a bad knife!!

From the get-go he started to harass the moose by screaming and trying to scare it off! he could have just waited 5-10min the moose would have run off eventually! Horribly handled IMO!!
