Today I tried something new. As I’ve read a lot about stretching the last days, I did some stretching after waking up. I got up, put my sports clothes on and did some more or less “easy” stretching for app 35 minutes. It felt very good!
I went to work 90 mins before my shift started and did some training for my shoulders ( I want to walk on my hands in a couple of months) and my abs. When I finished my fitness training I had the crazy idea to do some more circuit training.
Crazy me. 25 mins of circuit training and I was done
