Wow. I've had "gamey" wild game; can't imagine the milk though

It just really has the taste of what they have had to eat.  Which can be anything. Lol.

In summer time here I have a lot more fruit in my fridge.  I have to keep it in the fridge as it goes off from the heat.
Apricots
Lychees
Nectarines
Plums
Cherries (unless they are sold out)

awesome thread!

there are always these 5 foods in my house at all times.

- 2 pounds/ 4 equal portions of chicken breast (boneless skinless) frozen in ziplock freezer bags in the freezer.

- natural peanut butter for the chicken and ice cream.

- potato chips typically BBQ

- ice cream typically French vanilla

- raspberry jam for the ice cream and PB.

- coffee

I actually diet on these foods.

Because Twinkies and Potato Chips don't need to be refrigerated.

on one please speak more on this chicken/ice cream/peanut butter diet.

sure dude as you know gal and I advocate ultra low cal dieting.

the 2 lbs chicken breast is my daily protein intake and the rest of my cals I round out w 2 tsp of natural PB so I'm running around 1k cal days.

that being said there are days I have discovered my body will demand either sugars or sodium/ fats. instead of being a stubborn asshole and not listening to my body I will eat a handful of chips or a bowl of ice cream w the PB and j or sometimes both the chips and the ice cream. if I do both it'll take my cals up to 1500 or so. that's the advantage to dieting on such low cals. even a chest like that still leaves me in a 1500cal deficit and prevents 5-6k cal meltdown binges further down the road.

fighting the bodies demand for these things is stupid, not hardcore. the body is telling you hey asshole, I NEED sodium. or I NEED a rapidly transferable energy (sugar) cause your body fat is getting to low to conveniently pull it out. there's a huge difference in how much more easily your body converts fat to fuel when your say 8-9% as opposed to 5.

the trick is knowing the difference between actual demand and just wanting to eat for taste.

They look like sex toys
How?   ???  They are very juicy so will need to wash hands afterwards.  There is a seed inside but its easy to peel off the flesh of the fruit and discard seed.

I had a bad case of kidney stones...I now take cranberry chews for it.  I'm getting much leaner now that I'm back training at home and at the gym.  Junk food is long gone and replaced with Advocare and BSL stuff.

How? They look a bit like these 'eggs'..

Mind you, I know about lychees, and I love them, just like raspberries. Both are damn expensive here  :-\
