How was that a diet error? He's eaten it in the past during his previous 2 Olympia wins. So what's the alleged problem with that particular food?

Have you no understanding, have you no decency?  Do you not realize that you can eat whatever you like and look the same as you always do come contest or offseason?

i was against the whole blood type diet ... but seems u didnt read what i posted earlier ... but any way ... LOOK WHOS TALKING
