So my calculations were a bit off.........hey,I had to lose 8 inches off my waist while rebuilding any muscle size that I ever had.....try it some time chubby.

Didn`t train for 5 solid years,....the only activity I did was walking to the freezer for more ice cream............I`m the Phoenix muthafucker !!
