Don´t know but my Mother was from Islay w coast of Scotland and i grew up in Stirling/Dunblane central Scotland. My Mother spoke Gaelic and spelt my name Donnie as did my school teachers. I was too lazy , and i regret that now to learn Gaelic. I really should have. Some words and phrases i remember from my Mother .

So, no, can't always rely on the parent or parents to protect the kid from the vampires.

True, which means the parents are 100% at fault. Thirteen year olds should never be put in those situations to begin with.

Not to take anything away from the fault these "stars" have, though. No doubt many of them should have done time.
