I got a Jack Russell 12 years old loves to throw and catch, retrieve tennis balls. I play ball with it twice a day 12 years old still running strong. Josh is a great person to take on rescue efforts.

if its truly new ,arms/delts are veined and look good from side,if he's truly 'clean/natural,front view delts/side delts will  lack 'roid pop' look.traps too..chest is covered so it appears flat looking.

JRT's both got out of the gate and were never seen again. I hear they are notorious for running.

Sorry to hear man. This Jack killed my cat which I loved but I couldnt get rid of it just doing its job of killing animals smaller than it.

You get cholesterol from animal products, not cakes and such.  I only eat around 100-150 grams of protein a day and most of the time its closer to 100 than anything.  Cholesterol is very low, under the RDA usually, as I do track my nutrition.
