It all depends on the judging critiria. the other girl could be "to muscular" for this division.

I think she does kill DLB but I also love female BB, this is not a BB division so the girls obvious advantage in muscular development could actually be a disadvantage.

DLB disparately needs a boob job.

missed the figure.
