It was low-maintenance. I mean wake up, email/shower, breakfast and out the door. And rent was 110 a MONTH lol... living in an old folks community, so it was a buynch of WWII vets walking dogs, being on the lookout. I did it for almost 2 years I think... really stacked up cash, bought a new car, paid for MBA, got certifications and new computer system, lifted like a mofo and added a lot of weight...

Really, without it, I would have been locked into the apartment living, frustrated teacher in the rat race.

I own my own gym and was looking at doing the same thing they are. Was going to put up a 6000 sq foot building 4000 sq foot hardcore gym 2000sq foot living space. Unfortunately the wife shut me down hard as I was looking into buildings and finance. It still may happen just need a lil coaxing Hahahah!!

Their Warehouse has to be pretty big, they Live there, Have Bleachers for "SEMINARS" A gym, A garage for their racing cars and mechanics, a t-shirt printing press, Storage for all their merchandise , a Photography Studio Shoot Booth and office space

Thats badass. Plenty of space, garage, everytbing they need in the trailer to live.... cant knock that shit. Dont necessarily NEED a traditional house.

Really all i want is a nice shop to work on my race car, a nice master bedroom, a bathroom, and a couple rooms for my kid to play in.

My wife, however, wants a nice house.
