I hope it's a Hit like my show, Spartacus.....damn it, Spartacus spoiled my ass....I love that show....I will order the entire series on DVD soon......I hope Black sails bring it's own style to the table...so far, the reviews are good

Andy whitfield will always be the Original "spartacus" to me, yes, I like Kirk Douglas as well.....lol....Andy had the look and he kinda became the character so naturally, but I think Liam mcintyre brought his own style to the show and I think he did very well too

That was actually a good scene with the build up.

It got leaked last week so I watched it then. Didn't like it but will let it develop. Way more sex then violence....sex is fine if its needed. Instead of the lesbians I'd rather have seen the cannon balls in the first battle scene actually shredding people like it would have. Its the "prequel" to Treasure Island so hopefully they be able to create a good story...and its already been renewed for a 2nd season.
