Slightly agree here... Once someone grips that bar from rep one you didn't do the weight
Which = ego training which I find funny as Kai stated in another video "I will never be a weight lifter"
Where he proceeds to chastise a fan for using too much weight that he couldn't handle

the spotter had his whole hands wrapped around the bar for every rep with 5 plates, still strong, not in the same league(for strength) as the likes of zack khan though.

I suspect he will be too heavy and not shredded after seeing this.
Doing a max lift power style the week before the Olympia seems silly to me.

That is a sure way to get injured. Really silly to start doing 3 rep maximums on low carbs. He may get away with it for a while but eventually he will hurt himself.

Yet levrone can do 405 for 12-15 clean reps, possibly even more and proceeds to do inclines after with the same weight for sets of 6 followed by last set of 315 for 15... All with no help! ::)
Why are you even impressived with this guy strength wise?? 405 for 3 isn't anything to brag about for someone his size and he was struggling! Don't care if its 8 days out levrone was around 7 days out..
Even flex wheeler in his prime was stronger...

Some guys dont get that near death face for whatever reason. Just b/c your face is sunken doesnt mean you are not going to smooth out.
Ive competed against guys who were all sunken in yet they were smooth. Besides, the show isnt on Thursday

ive seen that many times i even own the dvd, yes kevin is a stronger presser...
the real reason i posted the clip was because im fed up of seeing guys amateurs and pros alike benching and hving help fro rep one... its pointless..
i prefer his 405 effort
