Why? Cheap gear in pharmacy, scuba diving is big there. Fun place for active person. Sight-seeing is BS tho, just avoid it alltogether. Everyone will be amazed you've been to Egypt and haven't seen pyramids and sphinx but to fuck with that shit. Sahara was kinda interesting, for 10 seconds maybe. It was like - Oh well, shitload of sand, yay!

I would go with this, as well. He has naturally large obliques, which some, here, mistook for fat; thus, the estimates in the teens.

as a muslim for one whole month now "ramadan" i have been fasting "no food and liquids at all" from about 3:30 am till about 6:50 pm.. some muslims gain weight during this month as they eat like monsters after the fasting hours but i wanted to use it on the other way to lose more fats and it worked.. all what i did differently in this month was eating one big meal with a lot of carbs in it but then nothing more than milk and fruits.. before ramadan i was eating two big meals with a lot of carbs.. this is the difference.. i have decreased my carbs noticeably..

i have lost about 2 kilos because of that.. today is the last day of ramadan and sure i will return to consume more carbs starting from tomorrow but i am intending to increase my cardio days to hopefully keep my bf as it's now.. and then to decrease it gradually..

so i am  currently about 72 kg when i am full and 70 kg by the end of the fasting hours when i am very empty lol.. my ultimate goal is to make my weight 70 kg when i am full which means to lose two more kilos.. i can do this quickly by keeping my carbs level low as during ramadan but this makes me weaker in the gym so the only option i can see is to increase both carbs and cardio and to have some patience,.. i dont care if i reach this goal fast.. things are done better when taking good time..
