Because there is no other way to get rid of such fat than liposuction. Doing cardio and lifting weights would only shed fat on the upper body and would build muscle under the fat which would make the legs look even bigger. Women who develop such fat excess always come from family with poor nutritional education and who abused food during adolescence not realizing they would be stuck with it later in life while it could have easily been avoided by simply eating less during childhood and adolescence. Problem is once it's developed, there s no other way to get rid of it but surgery.
Who on earth finds that attractive but someone who is stuck with it? As she ages it will be far from getting any better.

Nah. Even if they get to anorexia level, the cells are still there and as they get fatter again, the cells will get fatter too. The only way is to physically remove the cells. The cells are produced, created, during adolescence, if they re not encouraged to grow by non needed calories intakes they dont develop in the first place.
