how meny grames of 0% fat cottage cheese should i be eatting if it is my only protine for that meal?
im 6'4 265lbs and right now i eat 500g which is one tub

Well, divide your total protein intake for the day by the number of meals and that should answer that. 40 - 50 g. would be more than enough.

Usually hard for me to choke down more than 1.5 c. of it. I mix a lite yogurt and berries in there too if not dieting.  ;)

I just eat it till I look at it and say "OK I think that's enough." I've tried to steer away from counting exact amounts these days, the longer I eat/train, the more I can do this and just know that what I eat will be enough or not enough for me.

Btw, I think cottage cheese is the best protein source out there....yes, better than the gold standard eggs. 8-)

i eat a cup at a time....about 26gm protein....i do this for two of my meals(along with almonds, an apple, salmon oil, little dark chocolate)

i am bouncing around 195-197lbs....

for you a 1-1/2 - 2 cups should me enough

1 cup at a time, I mix in wheat germ, sonetimes walnut oil, sometimes peanut butter (natural)
