i can do deep dips with 270 hanging off me, but my incline is nothing close to yours. squats and deads used to be in the 700 club but injuries took that away.
identifying with being ''strong'' = training with too much weight and trying to always put up big numbers is a losing game in the long term.. thats why no big pros lift that way. when you're my age every joint in your body will hate you
