Thanks for the answer, I was just curious. Do you know if Wayne plans on naming any further IFBB stars prior to the NOC or will it all be unvailed that night?

There will be alot of stuff announced between now and then, as well as that night.

hey Vinny! Just wanted to say good luck to ya. I'm from NY and remember watching you in your earlier usa days....Aside from the physique the posing is a major advantage to you. You've always displayed your physique very professionally and it makes a big difference. If you get as crisp as possible, without too much emphasis on size, you can stand with anyone, but ya gotta be crisp. Vinny, what did you think of the guy that placed 2nd to you at the jersey last fall, Mike Yablon? I didn't get to the show but heard he was good? Thanks and be well.

Yea Mike is a real good guy and competitor.
At the NOC, I will do a very classy dynamic posing routine...I have been trying to think of having a "gimmick" but thats just not me, it will remind you of you a combination of LaBrada, Paris, and Gaspari all in one.....I'm bringing back classic posing....see you in 13 weeks

Actually Vinny since you recently said you shaved your head, why dont you go as Mike Arvilla and add some lifts. We can get some shoe inserts and tape them to the bottom of your bare feet...

Good. That is your forte anyway. I've seen you pose and you do have the classic old school style.

Besides, everyone has different tastes. Melvin Anthony works it well, but generally I think guys look pretty retarded coming out in big masks with swords and capes and all that. Just my opinion

The gimmicks and props in bodybuilding have gotta go. True posing, whether intense or artistic, is what displays the physique. If I want props or gimmicks I would go to broadway and see real talent. I personally always like the graceful movements that showed some athletic ability in that the bodybuilder actually had control of his body, coordination, etc...Believe me it sounds simple but lots of bodybuilders got two left feet and are like robots when they move. As big as dorian was he had grace when he moved, in complete control of his body and hit his shots precisely and that's the way it should be. Vinny I took a shot from one of your opld USA routines. The standing front shot one arm on side like lat spread other crosses your body....like a statue. Stick with that and you'll stand out especially when the other guys stuble on transitions and stuff.
