Moisturizers
« on: March 20, 2009, 01:48:41 PM »
I am sure this topic has come up already, but I couldn't find it.
(Actually just too lazy to search through all the threads)  ;D

What brands of moisturizers are being used here and what kind of results are you getting?
Guys, (Migs, Mike) your input is more then welcome...

That's what I use now for face during the day because of the sunscreen but hope to get a 30 spf moisturizer from BioMedic soon (I've become allergic to a lot of lotions).

At night I use the regular Cetaphil lotion.

Come on....
Any man who cares enough about his looks to maintain his eyebrows and other areas has to use a moisturizer  ;D

I would have put money on it!

Sometimes I pluck the area between my eyebrows, but should I be doing more to shape them?

Bushy and wild eyebrows are about as appealing as a bushy and wild beaver...

Should a young guy with blond hair require much?  Mine seem to be in pretty good shape naturally?  Maybe I look like the juice man and just can't tell.

Find an honest hair dresser.  Ask her, she'll trim then if need be.

Ultimately it is really up to you, if you think it needs to be done then do so.

My "Crazy Lady" opinion only counts if you're in my bed  ;D

Facial or body?

Face: Usually this, but include an exfoliant after cleansing (like an alpha hydroxy or glycolic), prior to moisture.

For body:  Whatever is on sale between these 3 - haven't found the perfect one.

The Eucerin with the alpha hydroxy really works, but I don't like the way it feels going on.

sorry but I don't use lotion.  My daily products consist of body wash (whatever is on sale and doesn't have a ton of fragrance), barbasol shave cream, deoderant, crest.  That's it, no face cream, body cream, exfoliators, pore refiners, clay masks, emoliants, buff puffs, sunscreen, etc.  I'm a guy, and since i'm not all that attractive to begin with, there is no sense in trying to put lipstick on a pig.

I did them last night with tweezers.  I plucked all the stray hairs and left the main part of the eye brow alone.  Honestly, it made a big difference.  Thank you  8)

face actually...
I am finding several brands leave a sheen on my face... almost shiny.

Now, I know nothing fascinates men like shiny objects, except maybe breasts, but I don't want to give the poor guys a stroke because they didn't know which to stare at  ;D ;D
