it's very tasty.  very $$$ though.  i've had it several times and could eat it everyday!

i had what they told me ws kobe(ruth christs).....thing is...all wagyu beef is kobe...but  NOT all kobe is wagyu...

i paid around $150/steak which i thought ws too inexpensive to be wagyu....a good wagyu filet at a resturant should be upwards of 500bucks...

it still ws awesome! :)

CUTS THROUGH BONE LIKE WARM BUTTER! ;D         SAME AS FOR DEER.  what the japanese do is they feed the cow lots of beer and massage it all it's life,pampering it so it produces some of the most flavorful,tender beef in the world.

plus its a special breed cow..the waygu that has the best beef marbling found

we had a special dinner at the country club i worked at.  We got to eat the extra food at the end.  It was awesome.  The orice mark up was incredible

i used to eat filets & chilean sea bass at least 2x a week.  great job lol.  can't remember exactly but i do remember is was several hundred percent. possibly 399.  i was stunned.  we also had a chateau lafite rothschild dinner and many a $300+ bottle of wine was consumed by us afterwards
