I am in my thirties...yes....but in any event I am trying to drop weight now so...that is something for the possible future.
It's your life and no big deal if you juice, but you can get a lot of results from just doing it naturally. How disciplined and consistent are you with your lifting? You also need to be fairly intense with your lifting, trying to get stronger all the time to put on muscle. And based on your pics, I'd say you'd need to stay sharp with your diet, cause you obviously don't have genetics like a naturally lean mesomorph. Still, you'd be a lot better off doing it naturally than having to resort to anabolics to achieve something you can without taking the same - just takes a little longer and a little more effort.
