I had a can of Coke today for the first time in probably 6 years (it was in our communal fridge at work and left over from an office party). I can’t believe I used to enjoy that crap. If I never taste Coke again I will die a happy man. When I used to drink soda I always preferred Pepsi. These days, I generally avoid all sodas though I did have a can of Sprite last month. Are sodas a regular part of your diet? Do you have sodas in your home refridgerator right now?

Never used to drink even diet sodas but started drinking Coke Zero a couple months ago, it's fucking amazing. Had a throat ulcer and had a hard time consuming water, but the Coke Zero went down nicely. Was only getting like 800 calories a day for almost a week!! FUCKKK!!

Glad I'm not the only other person who likes flat pop. I keep an open bottle of Coke or Pepsi in my fridge and drink about 80g worth of carbs of it after my workouts. The carbonation is what gets me and it's a nice treat after pounding the weights.

It's funny how it's the fatsos that tell you how bad diet sodas are for you. They drink the sugary stuff and are on a nice path towards diabetes and finger/toe/limb amputation. I've been having diet drinks for 25 years and not one single problem so far, thank you very much. Diet coke is my water.

I drink about a 6 pack of diet pepsi or pepsi max a day. I haven't consumed a non-diet soda in at least a year.
