I think since the show this year, arvalla has been kinda aggressive here.  before, when people called him a washed up PT, he's laugh it off and tell ya 'see you onstage'. 

however since hs is a bit more realistic about his chances of ever winning his class, there isn't that dream to fall back on.

i wish you the best of luck mike. i know you can find some direction.

I suggest that he head the direction of female fitness comps. He might stand a chance at winning one, but I doubt it.

i wouldn't be rude like that.  but it would be a good idea for him to maybe persue an education or some skills.  since even he admits that he doesnt have the muscle to win a local show, bodybuilding just aint an option for a job.  and working part time at a gym is good for college kids, but not something a grown man wants to admit to people.
