Levrone had very unimpressive peaks...sure his biceps inserted closer to his elbow like Sergio's did, but Sergio's were
more impressive, Levrone would curl, and it looked very unimpressive, compared to his outstanding tris...

Phil's arms have impressive tris and bis, although not as perfectly shaped as Flex's...

Ronnie's arms were freaky due to the double peak (or split bicep peak) that his biceps had...which is rare...

look at the above post... the top pic looks normal, his peak about the same height as his front delt, but in bottom pic the bicep looks proportionately 2x bigger, it is clearly enhanced

Ronnie didn't need oil, in fact his peak was freakier before he won the O, take a look at BFTO 97, he was streamlined and had freaky ass peaks, the shit was rediculous.
In The Unbelievable, he said he rarely trained biceps, as they'd get too big---I think in some stages in training, he would go all out, which is why he said that.
