Talk about a shitty video production! It's hard to say since you're not really hitting any poses but clearly you've dropped a lot BF and I don't think you've lost as much muscle as everyone keeps saying.
But, you still have a long way to go. Check your lower ab skin thickness. You're gonna want to shoot for it being as thin as the skin on the back of your hand...that's IFBB ripped! For the kind of show you're doing you might get away with it being as thin as the skin over your chest.
Keep pushing. Don't cheat on your diet. Keep lifiting heavy. Pose every day. Keep the cardio going. And rest as much as you can. That's it!

not to blame anyone but......"someone" made a few meals for me with only 36 grams of protein instead of the 45 - 50 i need per meal,i gotta stay on top of that shit!!
