CLAUDE from late ninties to early 2000's was really good and a top placer ,and turned pro as a lightheavy ,he had at that point very dense,conditioned muscle,packed frame very well head to toe,and had freaky calves ,delts were world class.last few yrs tho with modern bbing he tried to play catch-up with new guard and did not fare so well,build lost that real crisp look he was known for.

I think he also tore both biceps and 1 tricep, wich doesn't help his case cause his arms were already his weak bodypart
