i hope he recovers best as he can and may need surgeries to correct any additional damage to area ,he will have to change some ways to eat or how much he can i suppose..sucks ..

You would think one would learn a lesson. Eating and pushing to 300 lbs like that is not normal. Especially if you would be around 220 or so Natty.
After this scare, maybe (I thought) Dusty would take a step back, and re-think some things.
He wants to push back to 300 pounds ASAP.
Again, to each his own, but other organs pay the price carrying around 70 lbs of extra water and bloat.
Kidneys, blood pressure, heart (and then there's the poisonous gear), pretty odd & reckless lifestyle these folks have.

Even you BHanks, build health and strength from inside out. Many wreck their insides to have a decent looking (fake) candy shell.

i wonder what kind of thoughts go thru his head when/if he trains heavy and gets hungry afterward

has to be scary to eat - pulling the trigger every time you swallow

Apparently, Busty has got himself one of those helper dogs. It sits on his shoulder and pre-chews his food for him - regurgitating it direct into Crusty's mouth. Sensible when you think about it

It’s purely psychological, if he chews thoroughly and eats slowly he’ll be fine. We wouldn’t have made it very far as a species if we were at significant risk of choking every time we ate some food
