I think with a couple of small tweaks, Goodrum would see his views ramp up. Sometimes online it's also not about who's best, but who's first - if Goodrum just focused on "Breaking: George Peterson Died" type videos, he would get more views.

YouTube is a joke now - everything is astro-turfed. YouTube executives pick who gets to be the most popular.

They still don't have full control of the platform, but it's still controlled media, IMO. Goodrum's channel is a breath of fresh air to me. I catch up on his videos every Sunday night on my big screen.

I just turned 39 and I think most on this site are around my age and older. Not many youngsters or 21 year olds, except Flintstones of course.
