probably a common thread to start...i guess it could go in my "Kryptonite" thread as well. But me and my girlfriend just broke up and its not affecting my workouts really...maybe in between sets but it is affecting my sleep...its hard to fall asleep and i keep waking up early...like i've been going to bed 12-1 ish and i'll wake up at like 7:30am...I try to nap but there is too much going through my head right now and i won't fall asleep. This really sux fellas...any of guys ever been through this??
Been through this shit time & again! You've got to see yourself as the prize, NOT her! Therefore, it's her loss & not yours.
Best remedy Jr. Yates, go out, enjoy yourself, meet new people, make new friends & concentrate on yourself & what's important in your life. Don't let a girl bring you down, don't supplicate her by getting all miserable, if you see her, run a big smile & show her it's no biggie! I know at the beginning it can be hard but in time, you'll be saying to yourself "Man, she ain't shit really!".
