So who pays for the surgery? The IFBB's health plan? Blechman from his own pocket? Medicaid? Victor?

Before I had health insurance, I had my appendix removed at Mt. Sinai and after paying the surgeon 4K, the hospital tagged me with a bill for 15K. I imagine knee surgery would cost 25K or more.

I think privatized health care is perfectly moral, but I don't see the benefit of having to go through a middleman (insurance company).

if i ever pop my leg, i'm grabbing a handful of vicodin and taking a greyhound to canada.

i'll walk into the first clinic in Niagra falls and get fixed for free.
