I work workout and train at the same gym , at least twice a week i see him for the last 2 years. he way bigger than he has been in the past . this olympia should be a good one.. i think he said he is around low 240s right now..but he looks way bigger..how does everyone think he will do ?

he really chill , his girlfriend helped mine with her poseing for a figure show .she is really nice also . i can also vouch that he never does abs ever . and ive never seen him do cardio at all. he works out for about an hour maybe an hour 15, 4 or 5 days a week. really nice guy though .

Personally, I give you props for that. This board has good info and interesting insights occasionally. You just have to be willing to sift through the bullshit of young kids acting tough and knowledgeable.

I really liked dexwhen on the arnold classic stage in front of everyone he admittedit's so much about the drugs ...
he even said he does not do cardio, abs, and spends 4 hours a week in the gym...
I believe it was his way of being honest about nowadays bodybuilding
