Incidentally, Oliver Stone is trying to tell people something by calling the George W Bush movie "W".  Have a look at the trailer.  It is not a typical "W".  It has several meanings behind it.  Keep in mind that Oliver Stone directed JFK so he is a person that is in the know about the state of the world today.
