I asked this competitor who's been an acquaintance of mine for many years pointed interesting things on facebook yesterday and today. I asked if I could post it on the board and he said to keep his name out of it but to post away

Saturday night in SOBE and I run into my good buddy George Farah, whole $1500 of my money as the worst coach on the planet. I blew his shit up and made him look like the fool that he is. He was speechless and lied to my face. I can sleep well at night. I said my peace and made him feel like dog shit. —

Bitch (competitor calling George Farah a bitch) went on my FB within 10 minutes of our second confrontation that my real coach witnessed over the phone. GF (George Farah)was saying "why are you going on FB talking shit etc and why are you so upset?" Well when someone takes $1500 of my hard earned money and not providing a service I'm going to get upset. I asked him to "man up" and give me a refund, his last reply regarding that was "I'll give a refund...my dick in a box". You ugly fucker...I ain't gay.

Another funny thing that transpired last night was when he said his lap top was stolen and didn't have a way to contact me, he was able to find my FB page within 10 minutes of the confrontation. Well ok, you lost my email, but you knew you could contact me on FB. Such a lying retard fumbling for words.

I would never pay for a prep coach. I have heard of guys paying Farah $3 K for their prep. This doesn't even include drugs!
I understand that a prep coach makes your life easy, but jeeze, doesn't this take away some of what bodybuilding is about. $1,500? $3,000? That's 10-20 Kits of high quality hgh!! Besides, shouldn't we all be striving to learn our own bodies? Shouldn't we want to learn what food and training methods effect us the best? Isn't bodybuilding supposed to be a learning process?
I don't think there is anything wrong with sending people photos and getting feedback, making adjustments and seeing how they effect you according to that feedback, but to pay someone all that money for it... sorry, no way. I started an offseason progress thread on here about 2 weeks ago. I got 5+ pages of feedback for the cost of $0. I prefer that price, thank you.
