Out of curiosity, what kind of confirmation must be sent to Ron to receive your stars? Since I been posting more, I prolly should stop being lazy and get my pics and stuff out of the attic. Been getting the bug to get back into training not just working out, more talk about physical fitness and less arguing with dummies. Worth bothering?

It's been years but sadly I prolly do still have them. I competed more in power lifting then bodybuilding, but yes I was oiled up in a thong a few times... I admit it.
