It wasn't his best game for sure, but 21-35, 262 yds, 1 int was enough to win. Him and Jules picked the Rams apart, and then he and Gronk connected just short of the goal line that set them up for the only TD of the game.
Typical BB, Brady, and Pats game. If they don't score on the first two drives, and can stop the other team's offense their first two series, they just eat up time on O and play solid D. When it get's closer to the end, they amazingly are able to impose their will offensively to put them in position to win. BB's "situational football" model. It's either a blow out, or close til near the end of the 4th.
It's funny how they keep saying BB has mastered "situational football" when he actually invented it. He creates the situations probably 75% of the time. I think the blowout loss to the Lions was planned. Now if they ever have to play for real, Matt Patricia is sitting around thinking he knows the Pats offense intricately from when he ran his Pats D against the O in practice.
