McMillian has a fantastic structure but also a tricky one, like Flex had. If he fucks it up, he won't be able to go backwards. Khan is already in his thirties I think so he hasn't got that much time ahead of him. Cutler has a few good years ahead of him if he continues doing what he did to come back in shape in 2009, which will be hard to beat if the judges want to stick with the mass/conditioning combo at the expense of lines, proportions, symmetry. Heath will probably be Mr O one day but he will never really overcome his structural flaws, at best he will be able to cover them up nicely (like he seems to be doing) but if someone comes along with better strcture he's a lock to place 2nd or 3rd at the O for the rest of his competitive career. And then there's Kai who actually could become almost unbeatable if his midsection doesn't go to waste (but it looks like it's going that way).

I don't see any reason why Jay Cutler can't win four, five, or even six Olympias, putting him in the same category as Dorian, Ronnie, et al. He was only born in '74 which makes him 35 or 36 at the moment and he won't even have reached forty if he eclipses Dorian's number of Sandow wins. Ronnie was still winning his Olympia's at 40+.

If not Jay, then possibly Phil Heath is another guy who can mature and has time on his side. I don't mind Kai Greene, but I don't think he'll ever win the Olympia.

Cutler already went throught up and downs. He is winning, if only partly, because the younger guys haven't matured enough yet and guys of his own generation like Dex are going downhill. You can be pretty sure he went through a fucking hell to get in the shape he came into at last year's O. I think he can win a couple more as he really seems dedicated. But the older he'll get, the harder it'll be to keep this kind of condition. Look at Ronnie post-2003, he only won because of the lack of proper competition. And Dorian last two O are considered highly controversial (at least 97). Same thing for Haney's last three sandows though he came in amazing shape in 91.

Yes he is damn impressive. Though standing at 6'1" @ 255lbs, I think he needs to add more muscle to compete with the top. But I think he has the foundation to beat them all.
Highly agreed. Mass plus more density. He can get it i think.
But, just i hope that he had used very little amount of gear comparing with top pros.
Because, if he already had used that amount, there is no future.

He doesn't need much more mass, but density and muscle maturity, yes. Considering his built, add just 10/12 lbs and you'll have the impression he's weighting 30 more.

You got it wrong, the thread is about the next unbeatable force in Bodybuilding, not cumdraining.

That's true, although if you think about it, Phil is as old as Ronnie was when he couldn't crack the top 10 at the Olympia. He may not be as big or good as Ronnie was at his peak, but he has a lot of time to improve and he's already one of the top 3 bodybuilders in the world.

i think phil is awesome.... but i do think people get carried away in regards to phil because he has big arms which is the most visible muscle group...and desired but this is bbing.... you need to have big everything aside from waiste...
eg ronnie one a kind
big arms big chest big delts big legs big back...
..phill has big arms which look bigger because his chest is lacking....
if phil had a huge chest and average arms no one would be raving about him...
i think he is mr o material... but given what we have seen will he beat jay? who has a big chest and arms?
or kai? who has near enough big everything...?
phil has great muscle shape am leg and shoulder wise but he neds to bring up his chest .. then he will be a true force of nature
choice is an illusion

Not going to happen for 20+ years! By the time a BB turns pro his receptors are about 95% burnt out.  This gives him about a 3-5 year window before he start to decline. Also couple that with no one goes "off" anymore. A good example if Phil Heath, he has been a pro for about 4 years now and his mid section is already out of control. At this pace he will be washed in 3 more years.

oddly enough Dexter has the right formula for longevity, I am not saying that he is the best, but he is gradual weight gain was the way to go.
Not sure were you're coming from with the comment about his midsection. Looks very good by modern bb standards. See Kai if you want to see a horrible midsection. They just gave the ASC title to a guy whos obliques stick out 4inches off his waistline. Just horrible but hey he has a good back though right? His lower lats are sick yes but his traps suck by the way. At least with Dorian and Ronnie they were awarding them for having complete backs. Prob getting off topic but I dont get the whole Kai thing. Dorian was far from a pretty physique but the way Kai's body flows makes Dorian look like Shawn Ray

Reminds me Flex when he hit that pose during the 92 USAs and at the 93 Olympia...Mcmillian has it written all over him...one to watch.

Ed Nunn looks pretty much ideal to me. Anyone have a better shot of someone with the hand on hips flexing one arm shot? Dont think I have ever seen better

I'll second that. Speak from experience Kyofee, not from what you've heard.
