I’m having a hard time understanding this transition. He wants to be/is/always has been a woman but wants to keep the male build, strength (and over all physical masculinity) and use male hormones?

It is fucked up. He did try to become smaller and more feminine but then realized he wanted to have muscles too. So now he gets feminization surgery, is presumably on estrogen but is also taking androgens. I wonder what his trans doctor thinks about this? If he is taking prescribed estrogens for being "trans" how does the doc ethically justify him getting estrogen while doing major doses of androgens on the side? Maybe he has a TRT script also? That woukd really be fucked up. I guess I could send him a private message but I'm not one who wants to fuck with an obviously disturbed individual.
