only because i don't post a pic doesn't mean i am fat or out of shape, even if many people here wish so.
I train 8 times a week, 4 times weights, 4 times cardio.
Monday -- weights
Tuesday -- weights, cardio
Wednesday -- off
Thursday -- weights, cardio
Friday -- weights
Saturday -- cardio
Sunday -- cardio
But i look like shit....
Says a guy that needs 3g of roids to look like a natural and a guy that sniffs paint thinner and believes you get immortal when they cut your heart out of chest and put it into sea salt....
