BB.com is hosting doing awards for best Products..Below is a list of Fat Burners...what are you guys using/liking?

I personally go back and forth between Lipo 6x and Shred Matrix....but what is good for that extra oompf...

The only product that I have used is LEAN SYSTEM 7. I was very happy with it and it worked very well for me. But it is definately possible that others are better.

Obviously good eating habits and cardio are required but fat burners really do work and give you an extra edge.

Sunday -- long run at slow speed (at least 50mins)

Works very well for me.

only because i don't post a pic doesn't mean i am fat or out of shape, even if many people here wish so.

I train 8 times a week, 4 times weights, 4 times cardio.

Monday -- weights
Tuesday -- weights, cardio
Wednesday -- off
Thursday -- weights, cardio
Friday -- weights
Saturday -- cardio
Sunday -- cardio

But i look like shit....  ::) ::)
Says a guy that needs 3g of roids to look like a natural and a guy that sniffs paint thinner and believes you get immortal when they cut your heart out of chest and put it into sea salt....  ::) ::)

Phenom Labs just came out with a new product called Phenylean Xtreme, great results without the crazy jitters.

You can get it at ProSource and TopSupplementsonline.com  if you wanna try something new, I highly recommend this!
