Air conditioning/heating wall units

No, the wall split units.

Mostly these are usefull in older houses with no space for ducts.
You snake the tubing through the wall, attic, ceilings like an electrician would cables.

Usually older houses are leaky enough for fresh air to infiltrate.

Have heard no complaints...when I visit someone with them, it feels just fine.

Personally my house had an attic big enough for ducts, so I have no personal experience.
