well if a man is or have to pay child support and a dna test proves that said man is not the father the mother should be forced to pay it back....now if there is no support the father has to prove he gave the mother money and bought diapers because if he dont have shit to back it up then he cant prove nothing...i agree women bend stuff out of proportions but have u ever seen the maury show they do mostly shows on dna results..and I really thing a mother should pay back any money he has given to the child if he is not the father

This actually happened in a very high profile case recently. The girl who was Scott Petersons (sp) girlfreind was collecting child support from some poor slob. It turned out that some other guy was the father. He actually won the case and was able to stop paying (this would never happen in California) but of course she never had to pay back a dime of two or three years of child support. Her attorney made a statement that the girl did not know the father was someone else.

How does a woman not know she's sleeping with more that one guy?

it really pisses me off how if a guy or his family has money then it is fair game come divorce time yet if the female has money or comes from money society states that he doesn't deserve shit even if he put up with hell during the relationship.

I was lucky in my first marriage because I found out some info about my ex's behaviour 6 months before I left her but made sure she helped pay off some of my old debts before I walked out.

I was married in Las Vegas 4 years ago...........at Caesar's Palace in the Deluxe Penthouse suite...........4,000 sq ft. We had 75 people fly in. I have to argue the fact that yes.............you can have a classy wedding in Vegas.
