Chris Cook,Alex Fedorov and the black rising star kid (that was meant to be the next Shawn Ray) was featured in Flex covers too while Ronnie was flexing his arms?

Any updates ?

Chris Cook- training to be an MMA fighter, a shell of his former self

Fedorov- burned out, seems to have stopped training as he once did, all size gone and in some photos looks like he hasn't touched a weight in a decade. Unibrow still intact though, no worries there.

The black kid you speak of is Richard Jones. He disappeared to go back to school. Once Dex won the O last year, I think he felt he had another chance, showed up at a contest this year looking pretty horrible, and I believe he's no longer pursuing the IFBB stage.
